In 1989, a group of community-minded local citizens recognized the critical need for an organization specifically dedicated to acquiring and permanently preserving land in central New Jersey. Their shared vision led to the creation of D&R Greenway Land Trust.
With the help of our partners, D&R Greenway has just preserved its 224th property! The total agreage to date is 14,455.06 acres valued at $319,609,533.
