Notice of Public Hearing, Green Acres Program, NJDEP

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: August 11, 2022, Princeton ~

D&R Greenway Land Trust has announced that a public hearing will be held on applications it has submitted to the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection for exemption from taxation on real property owned in Hopewell Township, Mercer County, and East Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, that is used for public recreation and conservation purposes.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing and are also invited to submit written comments to be received by NJDEP no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022.
