Reflection of the Land That Sustains Us

This Land is Your Land

This land is Your Land

This land is My Land

From the Sourland Mountain

to the City of Bordentown

From the Abbott Marshlands

to the Stony Brook waters…

This land is preserved for you and me.

Dear Friend of D&R Greenway,

As we celebrate the holidays, there is one gift we all can enjoy. Whether you are young or older and wiser, whether your table is bountiful or you are in need of a warm meal, the gift of nature sustains us every day!

Did you know that D&R Greenway grows food on our preserved land that is donated to feed those who are hungry?

We are especially grateful for our partners at Christ Church in Bordentown who donate their time to prepare and deliver meals to those who need it most.

The land inspires us when we take a moment to immerse ourselves in nature and reflect.

Preserved land quietly works every day on our behalf. It filters the water we drink, buffers our communities from flooding, and keeps families connected to trails, farms, and open space.

Our Johnson Education Center is Open this Holiday:

December 24, Christmas Eve from 10:0 am – 12:00 pm

December 29 and 30, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

December 31, New Years Eve from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Come and take a walk surrounded by green conifers and blue skies at Greenway Meadows.

Come inside to warm up and enjoy our art galleries. Support our work to preserve and care for land by purchasing a painting for yourself or to give as a gift.

New Jersey’s landscapes remain greener, healthier, and connected thanks to donors like you and me who care about the land.

I hope you’ll join me in making a year-end tax-deductible gift. Stop in to say hello and let us thank you in person!

May you find joyful moments in nature as you enjoy these last few days of the year. Thank you for being a part of this legacy work.
