Imagine stepping back in time into the forests now known as Bordentown hundreds of years ago! How was the land different then and what trees can we still see now to remind of us of times past?
Join Dr. Daniel Druckenbrod, Professor of Environmental Sciences at Rider University, to learn about his tree studies in the forests of Point Breeze. He will take us on a journey across the forests of our 60 acre preserve, including trees he studied closely for historical relevance in relation to Joseph Bonaparte and other notable estate owners over many decades.
Sunday June 6th at 11 am, 101 E. Park Street in Bordentown, NJ. A $10 adult or $5 youth ticket is required to participate.
