Bring Hillside Farm to Life with the Sounds of Music!
Our Fall Fundraiser was an upbeat Sunday afternoon with the following musical guests:
GLENN MCCLELLAND started playing professionally at age 16 in a piano bar, subsequently playing with blues and jazz musicians including Sonny Rhodes, Johnny Copeland and Richie Cole. In 1987 he joined Blood Sweat and Tears, traveling widely with the American music group, and then played with Ween, a local rock band originating in New Hope, Pa. Glenn entertained on keyboards in the parlor by the fireplace.

WOMENROCK featuring four diverse female vocalists, backed by Princeton-area musicians, celebrate women rock pioneers across time in the castle-like courtyard where the singers rock and roll with the courtyard as their dance floor.

CHIEF BLUEJAY & UMA CINNAMON share their Lenape storytelling from the Hillside fields that echo over the Hopewell Valley. We listen to stories from the Native American community who joins with us to tell about 13,000 years of land stewardship of the Earth.

Wanishi (Thank You) to our performers, sponsors, and special guests!

About Hillside Farm:
In 2021, 800 acres of land was donated to D&R Greenway for creation of the Betty Wold Johnson Hillside Park. This event is an exclusive opportunity to preview the site before it opens to the public in Fall 2026 during our nation’s 250th Semiquincentennial.
